10 killed in road mishaps in Feb
At least 10 people were killed, and 250 others injured in 185 road accidents in Finland in February, according to Statistics Finland.
The number of deceased was one higher and the number of injured persons was 90 higher than in February 2021. All the deceased persons travelled by passenger car and five of them were men and five were women.
Meanwhile, a total of 20 people were killed and 496 were injured in 386 road accidents in the country in the first two months(January and February).
The number of persons killed was three lower and that of persons injured 79 higher than in the corresponding period of 2021.
Of the persons who were killed, 18 travelled by passenger car. Pedestrians killed numbered two.
